Infosy salary hike 2023

Infosys will be rolling out its wage hikes from November 1, 2023  The company’s Chief Financial Officer, Nilanjan Roy, made this announcement while announcing the results for Q2FY24  However, there is no official information available on the percentage of the hike.

In August 2023, Infosys employees received an average variable payout of 80% for the June quarter  The company is also considering salary hikes for its employees.
